  Telegraph article published about SBE amid public concerns over buying safely in Spain. Referring to SBE, the article states that "Spanish property buyers concerned by recent problems in the Spanish market but wanting to take advantage of the fall in prices, now have a new option to try and get security when buying a property...Every property on SBE´s books has gone through a strict accreditation process, which has been independently vetted by a law firm, and approval will only go to individual developments, rather than the developer.
